Dota 2 and CS:GO fans had the opportunity to witness the best Malaysian E-sport teams battled out to be the winner of ROG Masters – Malaysian Qualifier 2017. Held at One Utama, New Wing LG Concourse during the Malaysian Day weekend, the event definitely set a perception that the E-sport scene is getting serious and bigger this year.

Champion of both Dota 2 and CS:GOROG Masters – Malaysian Qualifier 2017 will represent Malaysia to compete at the ROG Masters 2017 APAC Qualifier held at SMX Convention CenterManila, Philippines on 26–29October 2017, subsequently, at the ROG Masters 2017 International Grand Final which will be held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 7–10 December 2017
Currently in its second year, ROG Masters is an eSports event fully funded by the Republic of Gamers and Intel, which has expanded from an APAC e-sport tournament to an International e-sport tournament – focusing on Dota 2 and CS:GO.
